IMPORTANT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
By using Forex Crown services, you agree and acknowledge that:
You cannot withdraw your deposited funds for a minimum period of 1.5 years (18 months) from the date of your first deposit.
This lock-in period is a condition of our long-term investment and risk management policy.
After the 1.5-year period, you may request withdrawals in accordance with our withdrawal procedures and verification checks.
Any attempt to withdraw funds before this period will be denied, regardless of account performance.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy strictly and without exception.
Forex Crown may charge:
Spreads on trades
Deposit/withdrawal fees
Inactivity or maintenance fees (where applicable)
All applicable charges are displayed transparently within the platform.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful activity.
Engage in fraudulent or manipulative trading behavior.
Violate any applicable laws or financial regulations.
Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.
Trading in forex markets involves a high level of risk. You may lose all or part of your capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Forex Crown is not liable for any trading losses.
Forex Crown will not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profits, or opportunity.
Delays or interruptions caused by external systems or force majeure events.
Forex Crown reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
